Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between DIGIXPERTISE LTD, operating the website and brand Focuuse (“the Provider”), and any individual or legal entity (“the Client”) subscribing to any of the services offered: SEO, SEA, web/software development, CRM management, digital marketing and related services.
Article 2 — Services
The scope of services and associated deliverables are set out in the quote or commercial proposal signed by both parties prior to the start of any work.
Article 3 — Fees and Payment
• Applicable fees are those stated in the quote or commercial proposal accepted by the Client.
• Payment is made according to the schedule agreed in the quote (upfront, deposit and balance, or recurring subscription).
• Payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or direct debit via Stripe.
• Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing services.
Article 4 — Term and Cancellation
• For recurring services (monthly/annual subscription): the engagement automatically renews and may be cancelled with one (1) month’s written notice before the renewal date.
• For one-off services (projects, development work): the contract ends upon delivery approved by the Client.
• Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email) to contact@focuuse.co.uk.
Article 5 — Timelines
Delivery timelines are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the information and approvals provided by the Client in a timely manner.
Article 6 — Liability
The Provider undertakes to use all reasonable means to properly perform the services. Results relating to search engine optimisation (SEO/SEA) depend on external factors (search engine algorithms, competition) and cannot be the subject of an obligation of result, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quote.
Article 7 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Client’s country of residence.
